HR Specialist

National Beef Packing Co., LLC is a leading manufacturer of fresh, chilled, and further processed beef products.

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in North Baltimore, Ohio. This role involves ensuring compliance with hiring practices, managing employee relations, and administering benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an HR role and possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. PHR/SPHR certification and labor relations experience are preferred.

• Ensuring compliance with state and federal laws regarding hiring practices
• Assisting with the hiring, interviewing, and selection process of potential new hires
• Coordinating maintenance of personnel files
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and assist with the onboarding process
• Administering leave of absence policies, including FMLA, STD, and LOA while ensuring compliance with government regulations

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an HR role
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Labor relations experience preferred

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
