Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and animal-loving Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Eastern PA Veterinary Medical Center, a 24/7 emergency and specialty practice in Allentown, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and patients in a friendly and timely manner.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to callers.
• Process payments and deposits for all services.
• Manage hospital communications and gather patient histories.
• Make appointment reminder calls.
