Job Overview

Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A Dedicated Team Truck Drivers to join our team. As a Dedicated Team Truck Driver, you will be hauling 100% no-touch freight in dry van trailers, with 60% drop-and-hook opportunities. You will be driving within the Midwest and South, with 10-15 loads per week and 2-4 stop-offs per load.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly performance pay
  • $6,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
  • Paid orientation
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
Requirements
  • Must be a formed team and live within 100 miles of each other
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
