We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at MasterCorp. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the relevant teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control linen and supply inventories to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license.
