Role Description

About the Job

This role involves working closely with our team to assemble optical and mechanical units to deliver high-quality output aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of assembly best practices, experience with machining equipment, and excellent quality control skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assemble complex optical and mechanical units using precision tools and equipment
  • Conduct detailed inspections to ensure high-quality output
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve quality control
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Mechanical Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in general mechanical assembly
  • Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
