Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our nursing team at Alivation Health, LLC. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our professional medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support and technical assistance to our medical staff
  • Assist with patient visits, including rooming and interviewing patients
  • Observe, record, and report changes in patient's condition
  • Administer and document medication under physician's orders
  • Confers with families, agencies, and pharmacies regarding patient care
  • Ensure all related reports, labs, and information are filed and available in patient's medical record prior to their appointment
  • Organize exam rooms, including general cleaning, upkeep, and re-stocking of supplies
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant License (In Good Standing)
  • Proficient in Phlebotomy & Injection Skills Preferred
  • Proficient Medical Terminology
  • Familiar with EMR Systems
