• Oversee the management of IT budgets, goals, and vendor relationships, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing costs.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including cloud management, virtual servers, and security measures.
• Manage IT asset management, equipment ordering, and phone system administration, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
• Provide IT support and user administration, resolving technical issues and improving user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.

• Prior management experience in IT or technology, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in developing IT strategy, goals, budget, and vendor relationships.
• Strong technical skills, including network infrastructure, cloud management, and security measures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, Active Directory, Group Policy, MS Teams, Azure, and Entra ID.
• Experience in managing hardware and software licenses, with a focus on cost savings and efficiency.
