Pediatric Cardiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Cardiologist to join our team at the Children's Heart Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows, and participating in research and scholarly activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows in clinical and hospital settings.
- Develop and sustain an environment that supports excellence and innovation in clinical practice and patient care.
- Participate in ongoing departmental Quality Improvement planning and processes.
- Identify patient and family needs and recommend new programs and services to meet those needs.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, support, and consultation to clinical managers, attending physicians, research personnel, colleagues, clinical staff, and fellows.
- Texas Medical License or eligibility for a Texas Faculty Temporary License.
- Board-Certified in Pediatrics and Board-Certified and/or eligible in Pediatric Cardiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong potential for a leadership role within the department.
