About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, preparing high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service and ensuring that every guest leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, including Starbucks' signature drinks and menu items.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including the cafe area, restrooms, and surrounding spaces.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge of Starbucks products and services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of Starbucks products and services is a plus.
