Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a Guitar Production Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting high-quality guitars, working collaboratively with our team to meet production goals and maintain our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and inspect guitars to ensure high-quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the manufacturing team
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school or luthiery school a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift 15-25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a team setting
