Job Title: Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Development Director to join our team at Green Hills Contracting Services LLC. This role will oversee all aspects of a project's development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager or similar role. Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop project scope and objectives.
  • Tracking adherence to project budget and timeline.
  • Ensuring necessary resources are available and allocated to the project.
  • Developing detailed project plans and milestones.
  • Measuring and reporting on project progress.
In addition, candidates should possess a valid PMP/PRINCE II certification, a Bachelor's degree, and previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Proficient knowledge of project management software is also required. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate strong technical skills in software development and web technologies, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
