About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Case Management Supervisor to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Navigator team in Wilmington, Delaware. This leadership role involves providing managerial oversight to the ACT/ICM Team, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations, and driving program success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate program systems for the ACT/ICM Team.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team and staff.
  • Ensure administrative supervision of ACT/ICM team personnel.
  • Schedule regular supervisory meetings, case conferences, and staff training sessions.
  • Coordinate and monitor regulatory compliance for program service delivery.
  • Review participant referrals, assign cases, and oversee staff caseload assignments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, nursing, or a related field, along with 5 years of experience in mental health.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a focused team.
Working Conditions

This role requires sitting for long periods, frequent talking and listening, and the ability to lift and carry objects. You must also be available for local travel and possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
