GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you play a crucial role in the success of Sunglass Hut. Your mission is to deliver an engaging and enjoyable experience to every customer while assisting them in selecting premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve sales targets and company goals by nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers, thereby enhancing brand loyalty. Provide an outstanding customer experience by establishing connections, demonstrating attention to detail, and offering a personalized shopping journey that leads to customer satisfaction. Actively contribute to a positive store atmosphere, building strong professional relationships with colleagues and management. Maintain the store's appearance by ensuring displays and inventory are clean, organized, and visually appealing, while safeguarding all company assets. Promote an inclusive environment by treating customers and team members with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED Adaptability to new technologies and changes with a high degree of accuracy Accountability for sales performance through effective selling techniques and a commitment to achieving goals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively in a dynamic environment

Employee compensation is influenced by various factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage standards.
