Essential Skills- Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
- Understanding of medical terminology, infection control, and safety protocols.
- Solid grasp of nursing principles.
- Knowledge of patient and family education techniques.
- Familiarity with computer-based practice management systems and other digital tools (including Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems).
- Effective communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
Mandatory:
- Valid California LVN license.
- Proof of ongoing education.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
Preferred:
- Experience providing direct nursing care in a medical office setting.
