What You'll Do:
  • Be a Positive Vibes Ambassador - Bring energy, focus, and a passion for learning to the workplace, inspiring others to do the same.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service - Assist customers with transactions and memberships, making sure they leave with a smile on their face.

  • Be a Car Wash Expert - You'll be the go-to person for all things car wash, helping customers choose the ideal wash, membership, or wash book that fits their needs.
  • Solve Problems with Ease - Tackle customer and employee issues with speed and care, always aiming for the best possible outcome.
  • Ensure Vehicle Safety - Safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel like a pro, ensuring a smooth and safe experience every time.
  • Manage Staffing - Ensure our stores are always fully staffed by collaborating on recruitment, promotions, and team development.

  • Reliable and Adaptable - Flexibility in your schedule, with availability for early evenings and weekends, paired with the dependability of successfully completing a pre-hire background check to meet the needs of our customers and build a strong team.
  • Leadership Mojo - Proven experience in staff development and leading teams of 3-10 direct reports for 1-3 years, with a mix of hourly and salaried employees from entry to mid-level.

Available Positions: Car Wash Attendant, Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, General Manager, Maintenance Technician, Area Director, and many others.
