About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team up with the Store Manager to drive store operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and enthusiastic store crew.
  • Provide inspirational feedback and coaching to foster a motivated work environment.
  • Craft employee schedules to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking, to maintain a well-stocked store.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage key financial aspects, including sales, expenses, and inventory management.
  • Step in for the Store Manager as needed, ensuring seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older (21 years of age for all other states)
  • Access to a car or other motorized vehicle
  • Liability insurance on such vehicle
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills
  • Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
