Iron Skillet Cook

We are seeking a skilled Iron Skillet Cook to join our team at TravelCenters of America. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to meet the high standards of our guests.

• Set up and maintain broiler, fryer, and grill stations according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Prepare all menu items to the specifications requested by guests and company guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
• Follow strict food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to presentation standards and waste control procedures to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen.

• Previous experience as a cook or in a related kitchen role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
