Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hemodialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality patient care and support. This role will involve working closely with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to address concerns, provide education, and promote understanding.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • At least 9 months of experience in nephrology nursing, preferably in a hemodialysis setting.
  • Successful completion of Fresenius Medical Care's training program for new employees.
  • CPR BLS certification.
Salary

$30-$45 per hour, depending on location and qualifications.
