About the Job

Baker Tilly is seeking a skilled Audit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading financial statement audits and providing assurance services to middle market clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial statement audits and provide assurance services to middle market clients
  • Develop and implement audit strategies to meet client needs
  • Manage client relationships and communicate with clients throughout the audit process
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required, Master's or advanced degree desired
  • CPA certification required
  • Five+ years of experience in financial statement auditing, with supervisory experience desired
  • Demonstrated management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning
