The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team comprising Advanced Practice Providers, specialized gerontological nurses, and an onsite Social Worker, working together to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Our practice utilizes the Epic EMR system, ensuring efficient documentation and streamlined patient care.

We offer competitive compensation with salary guarantee and performance-based incentives, including:

  • A base salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 per year
  • A generous sign-on bonus and fully-covered relocation services
  • Comprehensive health benefits and paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage
  • A Defined Benefit Pension Plan, 403(b), and 457(b)
  • Relax with generous vacation time, including 1 week of CME
