The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from the ground up, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities:**

* Supervise all construction activities, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions, including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel.
* Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the project meets the highest quality standards.
* Implement effective communication strategy and conflict resolution process to ensure smooth progress of the project.
* Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adherence to construction schedules.
* Document and report on project status, potential changes, or issues that may affect the project timeline or budget.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and building codes.
* Address and rectify any problems, complaints, or construction errors in a professional manner.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and staff.

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in the commercial construction industry.
* Proven track record of successfully completing a diverse range of commercial construction projects from the ground up through finishes.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project.
* Exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills.
* Ability to read and understand complex architectural and engineering drawings.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Must be willing to travel as required.
