Bistro Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bistro Attendant to join our team at the Courtyard Woodbury hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, utilizing knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
• Operate a point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a hotel or food service environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
