About the Role

• Job Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting premium chocolate products, and contributing to the store's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: Consistently contribute to the store's ability to achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, annual sales plan by providing the highest levels of customer service, demonstrated product knowledge, and Lindt-specific selling skills.
• Operational Controls: Take ownership and actively participate in ensuring operational standards and controls are consistently adhered to, including cash management, re-stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Customer Service: Interact positively with customers, respond to their needs, and provide a positive in-store experience.

Requirements:

• Skills & Knowledge: Ability to interact positively with customers, basic math and/or accounting skills, and ability to take direction and execute work effectively.
• Experience: Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment, with regular lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
