**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collect high-quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Interact with patients, creating a trustworthy and confident atmosphere while explaining procedures and drawing blood specimens with precision and care.
- Perform blood collection via venipuncture and capillary technique for patients of all age groups.
- Process specimens in a safe, accurate, and professional manner.
- Enter orders, retrieve, and verify patient collection data and special notations using relevant sources.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6-12 months of experience in a related field.
- Active CPT License required.
