Nurse Care Coordinator

SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $41,440 - $51,560 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and taking into account shift differentials. Our competitive compensation package includes a strong benefits plan, comprehensive training, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job DescriptionAs a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient conditions and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
- Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
- Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
