About the Role:

• Craft innovative and appealing flavor profiles that meet the company's vision, market trends, and consumer preferences.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Flavorist.

Responsibilities:

1. Create, modify, and test flavor blends to ensure consistency and quality.
2. Analyze market research to identify popular flavor trends and target audience preferences.
3. Design flavors that cater to specific demographics or align with the brand's identity.
4. Collaborate with food scientists, beverage developers, and marketing teams to ensure flavors align with product concepts, nutritional goals, and branding.
5. Determine the best delivery method for the flavor (e.g., liquid concentrate, emulsions, or powders).
6. Conduct rigorous testing under various conditions to ensure flavors remain stable and consistent throughout the product's shelf life.
7. Perform sensory analysis and adjustments to guarantee flavor integrity in final formulations.
8. Evaluate ingredients to ensure they meet legal standards and regulatory requirements in target markets.
9. Maintain accurate documentation of formulations and processes for compliance and quality control.
