Dynamic Physical Therapy Area Manager Leader

Resilient Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Area Manager to lead our team in the Austin area. This role offers an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000.
About the RoleAs a Physical Therapist Area Manager at Resilient Healthcare, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of therapists and ensuring high-quality patient care across multiple facilities in the Austin area.
Key Responsibilities- Coverage and Management: Maintain comprehensive coverage of assigned areas, accepting patient overflow as needed to guarantee 100% visit coverage. Manage and oversee PT, OT, PTA, COTA, ST, and MSW staff within your managed region, providing guidance on documentation, SOC training, and compliance review.
- Documentation and Timeliness: Ensure timely completion of visit notes, aiming for submission within 48 hours. Conduct regular audits to guarantee adherence to agency and insurance standards.
- Agency Relationships: Foster strong relationships with agencies in your coverage area by maintaining accurate note compliance, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating smooth communication.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Perform weekly audits to verify that patient care meets or exceeds agency and insurance standards.
- Proven experience as a licensed physical therapist (PT) with a strong track record of success.
- Ability to manage diverse patient personalities and needs.
- Current knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and best approaches.
- Drive for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid Texas PT license and current BLS/CPR certification.
- Graduate degree or higher in physical therapy.
