As a Maintenance Leadership Position, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance and cost containment of our company's power and trailers across multiple maintenance centers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Motivation: Provide exceptional leadership and motivation to maintenance professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintenance Cost Containment: Proactively manage maintenance costs, analyzing activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in formulating and administering company policies, developing long-range goals and objectives, and building positive relationships and strong partnerships.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Effectively manage personnel at multiple facilities, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements
  • Leadership Qualities: Proven leadership, self-confidence, motivation, decisiveness, flexibility, sound business judgment, and determination.
  • Communication Skills: Highly developed personal qualities, able to communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to think strategically and creatively, balancing competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, and five or more years related management experience.
