Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead for API Development to join our team at Regions Bank. This role involves designing and leading the development of a comprehensive, reusable framework for API development that addresses critical infrastructure components including authentication, authorization, and security mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead the development of a comprehensive, reusable framework for API development
  • Implement robust API authentication and authorization solutions using industry-standard identity providers like OKTA and Auth0
  • Develop advanced logging frameworks supporting both API-level logging and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) log integration
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in API authentication workflows, programming languages including .NET and Java, and service mesh technologies such as Hashicorp Consul. A strong background in observability technologies is also required.
