Apparel Merchandiser

Job Overview:

This position is responsible for assisting customers with finding products on the sales floor, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Salary: $19-$25 per hour, depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with finding products on the sales floor and process transactions accurately and efficiently
2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise
3. Meet sales goals by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
