Job Title: Registered Nurse-RN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse-RN to join our team at Complete Care at Wall, LLC. As a Registered Nurse-RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and making a meaningful impact on their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician's orders, in accordance with resident's care plan and within scope of practice.
- Accurately report and record residents' condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change.
- Perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
