Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for leading a team of Assistant Managers and other staff members to deliver excellent customer service and drive business growth. This person must have a strong commitment to quality, service, and cleanliness, as well as excellent leadership and coaching skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of Assistant Managers and other staff members
  • Setting goals and creating plans to achieve them
  • Ensuring that our restaurant meets our customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Managing inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the business
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership position
  • A background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/retail
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a team and make decisions quickly
