Position Overview:
Healthy Spaces is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our Accounting and Finance division.
In this role, the Financial Analyst will be tasked with maintaining the integrity of financial documentation, evaluating financial data, and generating comprehensive financial reports.
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually, compensated on a biweekly basis.Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and uphold financial documentation and reports in alignment with organizational policies and procedures
- Analyze financial data and deliver insights to facilitate informed decision-making
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in financial records
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Establish and uphold internal controls to ensure the precision of financial records
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and address inquiries
- Support tax filing and audit processes
- Stay informed on accounting standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not mandatory
- 3-10 years of experience in an accounting capacity
- Strong grasp of GAAP and financial principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
- Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the construction or home improvement sector is advantageous
