Material Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Warehouse Operations team at Landscape Structures. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our production area.

• Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated areas using a forklift, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Perform regular forklift inspections and report any issues to maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of handling procedures for all materials to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Pull and stage material needed for production, adhering to production schedules and deadlines.
• Utilize a scanner and/or computer system to track and manage inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Conduct quality control checks to prevent damage to raw materials or products during transportation.
• Adhere to all procedures, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, material specifications, and job safety analysis.

• Forklift certification required (training provided)
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products
