We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at NEW UPMC East. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Rotating Shifts: Work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, to meet the needs of our patients and hospital.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current ARRT certification in MRI.
  • 1+ year of experience in MRI technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
