CT Imaging Specialist

As a CT Imaging Specialist at Christus Health, you will be responsible for performing advanced diagnostic procedures using state-of-the-art computerized tomography equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of imaging technology and the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of diagnostic procedures, including routine and complex imaging tasks
- Provide support to other imaging technologists as needed
- Evaluate patient history and assess potential contraindications for certain procedures
- Adhere to established protocols, QA guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Interact effectively with patients and care providers to prioritize procedures and maintain high levels of patient care and continuity
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting required; 3 years preferred
- Registered by the ARRT in CT required
- Current state licensure and BLS certification required
$55,000 - $75,000 per year
