**About the Role:**

Care New England is seeking a dedicated and caring Patient Support Associate to join our team. As a Patient Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

You will be responsible for providing personalized patient care and support, working closely with our Registered Nurses to ensure seamless care delivery. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Help patients with mealtime and hydration
  • Document patient care activities and observations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in nursing assistance or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
