Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Barista to join our team at Memoir Residential. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and respond to their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and tea.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the food and beverage area.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role is preferred.
  • Food Handlers certification is required.
