About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Trainer to join our team at Insight Global. As an Epic Cupid Trainer, you will play a critical role in providing go-live support to our clients, ensuring a smooth transition during the implementation phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site training and support to diverse groups, including physicians, RNs, and technicians
  • Ensure visibility and approachability, being available for immediate assistance
  • Assess daily needs and determine where support is most needed
  • Guide nurses through the training process, demonstrating workflows and providing hands-on support
  • Document daily activities and critical issues, sending summaries to the point person
  • Track call-offs to ensure uninterrupted support and training
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Trainer experience
  • Strong experience in Non-Invasive Cardiology
  • Compact Forms (structure reporting) skills
  • Certifications: Cupid Credentialed Trainer, Cupid Credentialed, Certified Trainer
