- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in emergency medicine
- Doctorate degree in Medicine or equivalent
- Board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Current medical licensure in the state of Illinois
- Ability to obtain and maintain medical staff membership and privileges
- Eligibility to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served
