Job Summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines equipment.
  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Work with a team of experienced technicians to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of equipment systems, including hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience in diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.
