We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Professional to join our team at Snowbowl as a Food and Beverage Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Knowledge and adherence to menu, kitchen operations, and lodge policies.
• Physical ability to approach tables, take orders correctly, and serve orders correctly.
• Understanding of pricing to ensure accurate drink charges.
• Ability to utilize cash registers and credit card machines correctly.
• Accurate calculation of daily paperwork to ensure correct bank deposits.
• Maintenance of a clean environment in the lodge, including bussing tables and vacuuming.
• High level of professionalism through appearance and behavior.
• Adherence to and implementation of all policies and procedures as outlined in the Arizona Snowbowl Employee Handbook.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
