Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Della Infotech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor patients' progress to identify any sudden or subtle changes in their medical condition.
- Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members regarding the patient's treatment and progress.
- Begin treatment and monitor doses as prescribed by doctors.
- Respond to medical emergencies and alert the appropriate doctors as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of patient care and medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
