Dishwasher - Kitchen Cleaning Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dish area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Maintain the dish area, including the dish machine, three-compartment sink, and storage areas, to ensure optimal efficiency and cleanliness.
- Restock and replenish cleaning supplies and chemicals as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
