About the Role

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle all front desk-related activities, including answering phones and assisting callers with various questions.
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts as needed.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check members into the system.
  • Provide tours of our facility to prospective members.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
