About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Worker. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the selecting aisles are aligned and product is brought forward.
  • Ensure that the floor is kept clear of any debris that would hinder the selecting process.
  • Clean out company trailers; remove empty pallets/crates and organize for pickup.
  • Follow all safety rules and complete all duties as assigned per business needs.
  • Clean up any spills or breakages to inventoried product; recoup damages and determine if resalable or must be disposed of per government and NDCP food safety requirements.
  • Prepare various reports and forms to document cleaning schedule, spillages, product damage, etc. May track and order maintenance supplies.
  • Power wash trash receptacles, general cleaning duties include but are not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, trash pick-up and use of compactor, may be required to work with cleaning chemicals.
  • May perform similar duties in office areas as assigned.
  • The safe operation of Fork truck, clamp truck, Floor scrubber, Battery changing station & ride on/walk behind pallet jacks.
Requirements
  • Ability to act in accordance with instructions.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
