Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, following a written plan of care.
  • Treat patients to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance.
  • Direct and aid patients in active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle reeducation, gait and functional training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in the state.
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in physical therapy.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
