We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular Nurse to join our team at Deborah Heart and Lung Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with cardiovascular health deficits.

• Provide comprehensive assessment, planning, and intervention for patients with complex multisystem health care deficits.
• Direct the nursing care of unstable patients or those requiring complex care management.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct unit orientation and education for new staff members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate degree, or baccalaureate degree nursing program.
• Current NJ State Nursing License and BLS certification.
• One year of experience in cardiopulmonary nursing, preferably on a telemetry unit.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation, IV Therapy Certification, Hemodynamics, and Mock Code within 90 days of hire or promotion.

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Experience in critical care or cardiovascular nursing.

This is a full-time position working 60 bi-weekly hours on a 7P-7A shift.
