Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As an Acute Care RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment, providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, identifying and responding to changes in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • 1 year of experience in acute care nursing, preferably in a progressive care unit.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
