Position: Inventory Control Coordinator
Location: Breinigsville, PA
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Work Type: Onsite
Shift: 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM
Key Responsibilities- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices in all assigned tasks.
- Promote the company's vision and values.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist team members in fulfilling internal requests efficiently.
- Ensure proper and safe storage of inventory, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Utilize a First In First Out (FIFO) system to stock necessary items for production.
- Identify and locate inventory in designated storage areas.
- Conduct Cycle Counts to uphold inventory accuracy and assist with inventory movements across departments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Be available for overtime as required to meet customer demands.
- Review replenishment reports to support distribution processes.
- Manage inventory consolidation for optimal storage efficiency.
- Support Supervisors and Leads, leveraging resources to enhance warehouse function knowledge.
- Pass background checks for handling secured DEA items.
- Work independently to resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Train new entry-level technicians in essential daily tasks.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Mandatory experience operating stand-up forklifts.
- Intermediate computer skills, RF scanning experience, and some warehouse or production support experience are preferred.
- Problem-solving abilities are advantageous.
- Experience with reach trucks and sit-down forklifts is essential.
- Prior warehouse experience, particularly in inventory control and RF scanning, is beneficial.
- Willingness to train on stand-up forklifts and order pickers.
- Proficient in using computer and RF technologies.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to meet TSA clearance standards.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team setting.
- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Windows.
- Attention to detail to maintain high accuracy levels.
- Effective communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of SOPs and policies in a GMP environment.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, walk, and communicate effectively.
- Occasional lifting of up to 45 lbs., with regular lifting of up to 20 lbs.
- Exposure to temperature extremes ranging from -30°C to 25°C for short durations.
- Potential exposure to atmospheric conditions requiring PAPR.
